AGM 2025

We are working hard to bring our Annual General Meeting for 2025 to members! Join us on Saturday, April 5th, at 2pm for our virtual Annual General Meeting. You can look forward to receiving a package of support materials in advance of the meeting, including agenda, income statements, balance sheets, budget, and bylaws. 

In anticipation of the AGM please ensure that your membership is in good standing. Membership in good standing will be determined by an annual self-assessment form to confirm that their membership status is active. To this end, please fill and submit the form to ensure that we receive your preference.
