Rally for a People's Budget 2022

This is a budget that will see an increase in $14 million for police at the expense of services like childcare, funding for community organizations and Ottawa Public Health.

Earlier in November, the Ottawa Coalition for a People's Budget released an alternative municipal budget showing what could be possible if our City put residents first.

We're calling on all residents throughout Ottawa to come out before the vote next Wednesday, in front of City Hall to demand better from our elected officials and to vote against this status quo budget because we know better is possible.
