In his time in office, Councillor Hubley has supported transit fare hikes, municipal return-to-office, and underfunding transit to the point of route cuts.
Hubley was also the chair of the Transit Commission in the previous term of council and was involved in deliberately withholding information about LRT testing failures with now-former City Manager Steve Kanellakos, former OC Transpo GM John Manconi and former Mayor Jim Watson.
